We gave Chef Greg Baxtrom a free hand to showcase his vision of what the future of food can be. Each dish demonstrated how Solein can seamlessly fuse into beloved classics, replacing traditional protein while enhancing flavour and nutrition. And they were delicious.

Already making waves, Solein received its first regulatory approval in Singapore at the end of 2022, and now, it’s taking its next step into a new market: the United States.
